Bad bosses thrive when workers are isolated and afraid to speak up. Individual complaints based systems place most of the risk on workers and very little accountability on employers.
Unionization changes that. Collective power gives workers protection, a voice, and real leverage to build healthy, fair workplaces.
If the government is serious about protecting workers, it must make it easier, safer, and faster for workers to unionize.

Remove barriers that delay or discourage union certification
Strengthen protections for workers organizing a union
Crack down on employer interference and intimidation during organizing drives
Treat unionization as a primary worker protection tool
